Shearing & Cutting

This is the first operation in our process. Depending upon the flattened part size, we could directly send a complete sheet as received from the metal center to CNC turret punch presses or e have the flexibility to shear to a blank size for proper managing the off-cuts. Thus, making it more cost effective usage of material for our customers. On the other hand, if the raw material comes in the form of tubes, or structural elements, then we use our host of band saws with dedicated cutting blades for different materials i.e. for Aluminum or for different thicknesses.
